The Centre is designed to provide basic but comfortable accommodation during visits to the Brecon Beacons. It is however centrally heated and equippted with a drying room. There are hot showers available at all times. All heating and cooking is by gas and the cost of fuel is included in the fees.

There are 22 bunk beds in 4 rooms (with 4,4,4,10 bunks respectively). All are two tier.

There is a large centrally heated lounge / dining room. The open fireplace (original) With a wood burning stove. An adjacent kitchen equipped with cooking utensils and equipment and with sufficient cutlery and chinaware for 22 users. There is a fridge for perisable storage.

Cooking is done on a 6 burner professional modle gas cooker with a large oven. There is a professional modle grill adjacent. A small microwave oven which can be used for reheating etc.

The segregated toilet and washrooms contain the shower cubicles.

There is a pay phone in the centre on 01685 722323, it is empted regulary.

The Campsite

There is an adjacent (80 metres west) camping area which shares use of the toilets with Centre residents.
