The easiest way to find the Centre from the east is by following the signposts for the Breacon Mountain Railway from the Heads of the Valley road, A465. Pass the Mountain Railway base and continue on (keep right) to the dam at the end of Pontsticil Resevoir. Cross the dam and then keep the lake on your right, turning tight at each road junction until you cross the samll bridge at the northen end of the reservoir. The scount Centre is set back off the road on the left some 100m further on.
From the west it is best approached by leaving the A460 immediatley after the roundabout with the new A470 'bypass', crossing the 'old A470' and going through the willage of Ponsticil. After leaving the village keep straight on until the lake is on your right, then as above.
